CFBA Membership Packages

Your membership in Farm Bureau is a family membership, family members under 18 or still single up to 21, living in the same household may be included with their parent(s) membership.
 
Full-Time Farmer-$200 Annual Dues: A person who makes their livelihood by farming, or a farm requiring at least one full-time worker. The farmer or the representative of the farm has voting privileges in the organization. A full-time farmer may participate in the full range of Farm Bureau offerings including its insurance programs and will receive CFBA's regular newsmagazine From the Farm.
 
Part-Time Farmer-$100 Annual Dues: A person who has farming as a secondary occupation, or has a farm that does not require at least one full-time worker. The farmer or the representative of the farm has voting privileges in the organization. A part-time farmer may participate in the full range of Farm Bureau offerings including its insurance programs and will receive CFBA's regular newsmagazine From the Farm.
 
Associate Member-$70 Annual Dues: A non-farmer who joins to support CFBA's work. An associate member or Friend of Agriculture may participate in the full range of Farm Bureau offerings including its insurance programs and will receive CFBA's regular newsmagazine From the Farm.
 
Student Member- $30 Annual Dues:  A full-time student age 26 and younger who is enrolled in secondary or post-secondary school.  A student member may participate in the full range of Farm Bureau offerings includings its insurance programs and will receive CFBA's regular news magazine From the Farm.  Student members are not permitted,however, to sign up for automatic renewal

Membership dues are non-refundable.  Dues, contributions, or gifts to the Connecticut Farm Bureau are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes.  Dues may be eligible as a business expense under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Service Code.  13% of your membership dues go towards Connecticut Farm Bureau lobbying efforts.  If you have any questions about your membership, or the renewal process, please call 860-768-1100.
