ACCIDENTAL DEATH and DISMEMBERMENT - $2500 Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy for all members paying their dues before Dec 31st. The policy will increase by $250 each year of consecutive membership, up to $7500, for members paying by Nov. 1st.

CHOICE HOTELS -
