CFBA Executive Director –Position Announcement
The Connecticut Farm Bureau Association (CFBA) is seeking an Executive Director
to lead our operations, staff, programs and coordinate our grassroots membership
to meet our goals. The successful candidate will work with our staff, the Board of
Directors, and our members in the following areas: legislative advocacy, public
relations, membership (building, retention and education), organizational finances,
policy development and strategic planning.
This full time salaried position pay range is 80-100K with paid vacation, and
personal days, 401k and health benefits package. Candidates must have a 4 year
college degree (or substitute experience) with non-profit related experience,
agricultural knowledge and a thorough understanding of the legislative process.
